Stent coating system is an ultrasonic spray coating system specially used for deposition of drug layers on stents. The stent spray coating system is equipped with Siansonic NanoMist ultrasonic nozzle or FocusMist ultrasonic nozzle to deposit drug coating onto the stent surface through ultrasonic atomization technology. It can precisely control the dosage of the coating, and the coating is uniform without adhesion, pinholes, orange peel and other defects. It can be used for depositing drug coating on coronary stents, peripheral stents, sinus stents, intracranial stents and other stents.

 

Siansonic NanoMist ultrasonic nozzle, which is mainly used for stent drug coating system, has smaller spray width and lower flow rate than other nozzle models. With regard to drug coating for coronary stents, intracranial stents, peripheral stents and other stents, drugs such as rapamycin which is usually dissolved in organic solvents to prepare a drug solution. The drug solution is atomized by ultrasonic nozzle into soft mist and it is uniformly sprayed onto the stent surface to form drug layer. The drug coating on the surface of the stent prepared by ultrasonic coating is uniform and dense, without defects such as adhesion, pinholes and bubbles. Siansonic stent drug coating system is equipped with a variety of stent holders, which can be used for rapid loading and unloading of stents. The stent drug coating system is also equipped with a drying device, which can dry the drug coating during the coating process to accelerate the coating process.
